If your concern is related to sales, return, refund and other non-timely issues, please use the regular form above as we prioritize urgent matters and non-timely matters will be re-queued into regular inbox.
Address change: we cannot change addresses after the item is shipped out and we generally ships out all orders the same day. If your matter concerns lost or stolen packages and customs related issues, we will try our best to help you, however, these kinds of issues are out of our control and should be the shipping carrier’s responsibility.
