We do not have a return policy due to the complex process of our Dropship BHE manually process order by order with your custom branding.

However, we are glad to offer exchange as long as it’s initiated within 15 days upon receiving the product.

If a product is exchanged because of our fault, we not only refund the original shipping to your account in store credit, we also provide shipping labels for you to return the product to our New Jersey USA location (up to $20 USD for USA customers).

If a product is exchanged not because of our fault, we will not refund the original shipping charge.
