How do I update tracking to my customer?
We send out the tracking number within 2-3 business days AFTER a product leaves our facility.
For example, a product has a processing time of 1-3 business days, then it means that the product will be shipped on before third business day. Tracking will be sent to you before the 5th business day. Package will then deliver within 3-5 business days or however long it’s suggested to ship to your destination.
Once you receive a tracking number, you can send it to your customer. They can track directly on the shipping company’s page.
