Why did my customer say package not received?
Scenario 1: No one’s at home for delivery
All packages require an adult’s signature upon delivery. The shipping company will take back the package if no one is home upon delivery. They will attempt to deliver 2 more times. If no one picks up the package or no one is ever home to accept the package, it will be stored at local shipping post office and later be returned to our warehouse.
In this case, you need to contact your customer to tell them to be available for delivery. If they can’t be at home, reschedule the package to a time that they can receive it or pick it up from the post office.
If a package tracking shows “delivered” to a correct address, we have done our part correctly as a business, thus we cannot be responsible for any issues after the package has been marked delivered to the correct address.
Scenario 2: Your address has small errors, the package hasn’t delivered.
If you accidentally entered an address with errors when checking out, and realized it before the package is delivered, you need to call the shipping company IMMEDIATELY, not us, to change the delivery address.
Scenario 3: You entered a wrong delivery address, the package is delivered.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this point.
Scenario 4: The address is very wrong.
PLEASE EMAIL URGENT@BRANDEDHAIREXTENSIONS.COM IMMEDIATELY WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AND NEW ADDRESS. A PACKAGE REROUTE FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU THROUGH INVOICE BEFORE WE CAN REROUTE THE PACKAGE. IN THE MEANTIME, THE PACKAGE WILL BE PUT ON HOLD WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
If your customer requests to send the package to another address after checking out on your website, we do not recommend honoring address change for the customer.
Scenario 5: We made a mistake
Mistakes do happen, but we are quick to fix it!
If there is an address error caused by Dropship BHE, we will either reroute the package before delivery OR re-send a new package.
