You will receive a call from Branded Hair Extensions +1(833)330-0068. We will verify your account information and sendd you an ID verification email. This is to prevent fraud and credit card abuse.

Once you become a member, you can place any order on dropship.brandedhairextensions.com at wholesale pricing. You will then enter your billing and your own card information then enters your customer’s shipping address. We will take care of the rest and ship directly to your customers.
If your order branding or sent your packaging to BHE. We will assign you a custom branding #.
During checkout, you will put the custom branding # in the “Order notes” pad. That way we will know that you have packaging with us.
You will find “Order notes” under the shipping section during checkout.
Please cancel your membership 7 days before your next billing. Log into your membership account then go to “My membership” located at the purple top bar.
Then you can click “Cancel” under “MY MEMBERSHIP”. You should then email firstname.lastname@example.org to double check with us.
You can go to “My Membership” at the purple top bar.
You will be able to upgrade or downgrade your membership under “MY MEMBERSHIPS”. Click “Change” to change your membership level.
You can add a payment method in your account so you don’t have to enter billing everytime you place an order.
Go to “My Account” located at the purple top bar. Then click “Payment”->Add Payment Method.
Please contact email@example.com to let us know that you want to change your payment method. We will contact you by phone to finish the transfer.
If the card linked to your membership account will be automatically retried for up to 4 times in 2 weeks.
An system email will be sent to you to update your payment card.
We will also contact you by email or phone to remind you to keep sufficient balance in your card.
If the payment keeps failing, your membership will be automatically cancelled and you will need to sign up again if you want to access wholesale pricing and dropshipping.
Yes, you can cancel your membership in “My Membership”
You can rejoin whenever you want. However, membership fees are not refundable. Store credits will also not be refundable. Your membership will still be active for as long as it should be even after you cancel
Unfortunately, all membership fees and store credit issued in dropship.brandedhairextensions.com cannot be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you are not sure if you will use the service, we recommend trying Monthly membership for a month at $9.99USD to see how well our program functions. This membership will only last a month and you will not be charged for any more fees if you cancel your trial 7 days before the next billing.
