We can customize any color you want for this product! Please let us know if you have other colors that you want to use before ordering this product.

Our satin bag is 9.5 inches by 13.5 inches with straps that you can tie to secure the opening. Satin bags are thick material that can protect the products while looking shiny and vibrant. This material allows your customers to reuse and store the hair in there. On top of this great packaging, our bundles are all individually wrapped in plastic bags to offer the utmost protection for the hair.

IMPORTANT: You must submit your logo to us to complete this order. You can order here then contact us at service@brandedhairextensioins.com. Please include your order number, your name and an accessible phone number in the email. We cannot begin the printing process if we do not have your logo. You can also upload your logo after checking out on the confirmation page.

The logo must be submitted in PDF file. We cannot print if your LOGO is blurry. If your file can’t be used, we will contact you promptly. We are not responsible for any delay or issue caused by un-printable files submitted to us. 

Order Steps:

1. Find the branding that you want and add it to your cart.
2. Send the logo to service@brandedhairextensions.com. Make sure to include your name, your order number and an accessible phone number in the email. You can also upload your logo after checking out on the confirmation page. WE ONLY PRINT SINGLE COLOR ON ONE SIDE OF THE BAG, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A LOGO THAT CAN BE REVERTED IN SINGLE COLOR.
3. Please contact us if you want your bag to be a different color.
4. Our designer will send you a design confirmation to your email 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
5. After you confirm, your branding will be processed to printing the next business day and will be ready to be shipped within 5-7 business days!
6. Your soft hair satin bags will arrive within 2-4 weeks at your doorstep.

There may be a color difference in printing due to the difference between CMYK, RGB, and printing methods. Please consult with your designer before you send us the design. We aren’t able to offer printing samples since our orders are printed in bulk.

Shipping is default to customer’s address, please let us know if you want to keep your packaging with us by sending us an email with your order number within 24 hours after placing the order. Any problem or delay caused by unreachable customers is not Branded Hair Extensions’ responsibility. 

This product cannot be refunded, canceled, exchanged or reprinted! We cannot refund/exchange/reprint because of typos or errors. Please make sure you check all the spellings before you confirm the design as we are not responsible for any incorrect information submitted by the customer. We will frequently update the customers on the status of this order because we cannot process without confirmation. Make sure you provide a reachable phone number and email as we are not responsible for any delay related to the unreachable customers.

This product is already on free shipping thus not subject to any free shipping and sales promotions.
