Exchange Policy

Not the perfect style or length you are looking for? No problem. Please contact us to initiate an exchange within SEVEN (7) CALENDAR day after you receive the product.

We are more than happy to honor exchange on unused and un-opened hair products within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon you receiving the package. Please understand that we must require that any returned hair is completely UNUSED AND UNOPENED, IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS SENT TO YOU as it is required by law for hygiene purposes. The original packaging needs to be intact to qualify for the exchange.

We are not responsible for any stylist or any individual trying to custom color or dye your hair because not everyone is a color specialist.

Please email return@yourcompany.com and send your order number, a contact phone number, a few photos or videos of the hair you wish to exchange and what you’d like to exchange to.

We will contact you about your exchange shortly.

Wrong Item

We are sorry about this and we will fix it for you! Please email exchange@yourcompany.com or call xxx-xxx-xxxx to tell us about your order.

Conditions

  1. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Please ship the item with a trackable method. We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail. 
  2. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We take great care and check all the orders before we send it to you, due to that factor and the nature of hair products, we do not offer refunds but we are glad to offer exchanged to accommodate you if you want a different style or length.
  3. All sales are final for products that have broken seals, broken packaging. 
  4. We do not refund for delivery failures caused by wrong addresses or “un-deliverable” addresses. If the customer refuses a perfectly fine package upon delivery, a restocking fee of 15% or $25 whichever is greater will be deducted from any refund.
  5. Please send back all packaging and additional gifts to qualify for exchange. If there are small gifts such as lashes in your order, you may keep the item and we will send back the exchanged item without the additional gifts.

We will contact you within 1-2 business days after we receive your package.

After we receive your item, we will fully inspect the condition of your package and send out the new item as quickly as possible. 

Legal Rights

Any activity to defraud your company name such as filing a chargeback after receiving an item will be executed to the fullest. We do not endure any actions to steal from your company’s name , all illegitimate chargebacks will be sent to collections agency and small claims court to recoup any monetary loss caused to your company’s name .

Shipping Policy

All packages require signatures upon delivery. 

If a package is refused upon delivery, a 15% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking fee and the original postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

We ship from warehouse in New Jersey or China

Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days (the time frame you choose during checkout).

Tracking numbers are updated 2-3 business days AFTER PROCESSING TIME. Meaning, we will ship products first and update tracking order by order after the item is sent out.

Processing Time

If the order is placed before 2 pm EST, it will process the same business day or within 24 hours. Order placed after 2pm EST or during non business hours will be processed the next available business day. Certain products have processing time listed below. (Business days below do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays)

Regular products: Ship Same Day

Regular products include all Brazilian, Malaysian virgin hair bundles, 2*6, 4*4 closures, 13*4 frontals, straight and body wave textured wigs. (Orders received before 2 pm EST)

Irregular products: If your order includes one of these items below, your entire order will be processed for 1-3 business days.

Irregular products include curly/wavy texture lace wigs, 5*5 closures 6*6 closures, 7*7 closures, 13*6 frontals, 360 frontals, and HD products, and raw hair, ponytails.

Hair extensions and wig below 8″ might sometimes be delayed by up to 1-2 business days.

Customized products, wig construction, colored hair:

Customized wig, colored hair, and any wig construction may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out.

Orders received after Friday at 2 pm EST will be processed first thing on Monday.

All processing times and shipping time are “safe” estimates. Our parcels normally can arrive as much faster as in 3-4 business days for the US customers!

Legal Rights

To eliminate risks from misuse of credit card and to protect credit card owners like you and our business, we may ask you to present a government issued photo ID if you are a first time customer whose order amount exceeds a designated value.

We may ask for your ID if your shipping address and billing address don’t match or are conflicted with the address on your bank’s file.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately, all orders are final once the payment has processed. We cannot change address or change orde information once the order is placed. Please double check your address.

Customs Delay

There may be customs delay or tax duties in rare cases. This is out of our control because it’s related to the laws in your country. We will do our best to help you clear the customs.

PO Boxes 

All packages require signatures. We do not ship to PO boxes.
