GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We encourage all clients to speedily communicate any shipping related problems with us through email@example.com. We try our best to answer your questions 24/7. There may be a delay in response during holidays and weekends.
US, UK, CANADA Shipping is generally 3-5 business days. If you ordered a regular product before 2 PM EST, your order will be shipped out the same business day. If you ordered an irregular product(listed below), the order will deliver after processing time + shipping.
Tracking will be sent to you within 2-3 business days after the product has been sent out. If you ordered irregular product, tracking will be sent 2-3 business days after the processing time.
All packages require signatures at delivery. You should inform your customers about the signature requirement in your shipping policy. If an order is returned to us due to the customer’s reasons, we will refund the order total in STORE CREDIT ( refund excludes the original shipping and a 15% or $25 USD restocking fee). We advise that you impose a restocking fee in place to prevent customers from purposely refusing the package due to change of mind.
If the package seems empty or broken upon delivery, refuse the delivery. Please state that in your shipping policy as well in the rare cases where the package is damaged due to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, damaged goods since we are not a shipping company, however, we will do our best to open an investigation for you to retrace your customer’s item and lost.
If the customer refuses a perfectly fine package due to change of mind, we will refund you the order total to your account minus the original postage and a 15% or $25 restocking fee(whichever is greater) handling fees for the costs that shipping company charges us for returning the product. We advise that you also charge a restocking fee from your customer who changed his/her mind to recoup some of your losses from handling. If your customer wants to return a product, please follow our proper Return Policy.
We ship products from warehouse in New Jersey USA, or China. Shipping time is not affected regardless of where the item is shipped out from.
If the order is placed before 2 pm EST, it will process the same business day or within 24 hours. Order placed after 2pm EST or during non business hours will be processed the next available business day. Certain products have processing time listed below. (Business days below do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays)
Regular products: Ship Same Day
Regular products include all bundles, 2*6, 4*4 closures, 13*4 frontals, straight and body wave textured wigs. (Orders received before 2 pm EST)
Irregular products: If your order includes one of these items below, your entire order will be processed for 1-3 business days.
Irregular products include curly/wavy texture lace wigs, 5*5 closures 6*6 closures, 7*7 closures, 13*6 frontals, 360 frontals, and HD products, and Raw hair, ponytails.
Branding, digital products:
For digital, branding and packaging products, please refer to the specific processing time in the product’s description.
Hair extensions and wig below 8″ might sometimes be delayed by up to 1-2 business days.
Customized products, wig construction, colored hair, hair sample packs, and wholesale packages:
Customized wig, colored hair, and any wig construction may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out.
Certain bright-colored products may take up to 1-3 business days to be shipped out.
Wholesale packages and bulk orders may take up to 1-2 business days to be shipped out.
Hair sample packs may take up to 1-3 business days to be shipped out.
Orders received after Friday at 2 pm EST will be processed first thing on Monday.
Please understand that we have the processing time to make sure that we package all the products correctly. Our main job is to make sure that all retail and drop shipping orders go out with “0” mistake since this is crucial to many of our clients!
All processing times and shipping time are “safe” estimates. Our parcels normally can arrive as much faster as in 3 business days for the US customers!

(2) We detect any suspicious activity in your account
We check ID to make sure that your account is safe and no one has illegally gotten access to your account. This is to protect our clients and our business from fraud.
Filiing a dispute with your bank after receiving a perfectly fine product is considered an abuse of our store policy and a fraud. Credit card fraud will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent. We do our best to verify buyers’ identities so we can protect our clients’ account information. Please co-operate with us when we request an ID from you. We are serious to protect you from malicious attackers who obtain your account information.
Filing a dispute with your bank after using and receiving a perfect product is considered an abuse of our store. Approved clients with such malicious intent will be banned from the store permanently and will not be issued a refund.
We do not refund to claims of “item not delivered” or “item not as described”. All of our product photos are taken of our real products in its original state without altering. We do not refund or exchange any product if the package is not returned to us in its original state. Please see Return Policy.
For USA, Canada, UK shipping takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a same day shipping item, your package will deliver within 3-5 business days. If you ordered a product with processing time, your package will deliver after processing time + shipping time.
Branding product’s shipping time may vary due to the fact that each order may weigh differently and have higher weight than hair products. Shipping time will be discussed individually with each customer.
Tracking numbers will be generated 2-3 business days after the item is shipped out. If your order has a processing time, you will receive tracking email 2-3 business days after the processing time.
Can I Change My Order/Address/information?
We cannot change address or delivery information after the order is shipped out since most of our products are sent out within the same day. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately using live chat. We may be able to cancel your order if the item hasn’t been sent to the shipping warehouse. If the item is sent out, we may be able to hold the parcel back and redirect the parcel back to us. You will be refunded store credit of the order total deducting (1)the original postage and (2)any extra postage fees charged to us for re-directing the shipment (3) restocking fee of 15% to $25 USD whichever is greater. Please always double-check your address information.
There may be customs delay and duties tax charged by UK, CANADA customers. This delay/fee is unknown to us and should be the customers’ responsibility to clear the customs for the package. Any customer refusing to clear customs will result in the parcel returning to us. A store credit refund will be issued and a restocking fee of 15%- or $25USD will be deducted from the refund.
Branded Hair Extensions and Our Drop Ship & Wholesale Program are not responsible for delayed shipments due to uncontrollable reasons such as holidays, natural disasters, etc.
Please note that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information provided by the customer will cause delays. Branded Hair Extensions do not take responsibility and do not issues refund for lost or stolen packages after signing.
Custom clearance issue is an extremely rare case, we will assist you with our best effort to release your package.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any virtual addresses. If there isn’t an adult at the time of the delivery, the package cannot deliver.
