GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We guarantee that all orders are sent out within 3-5 business days. Some items are subject to be shipped within 24 hours. Please see the product page for the specific processing time frame.
Due to the nature of dropshipping, if you or our staff detect any discrepancy or issues within your package (such as wrong address, wrong items), we may contact the shipping carrier immediately to take back the shipment and arrange a new shipment for you. This may delay shipping time but will guarantee that your items arrives to your customer correctly as we handle high volumes of orders for different brands.
US, UK, CANADA Shipping is generally 3-5 business days.
Tracking will be sent to you within 2-3 business days after the product has been marked SHIPPED.
All packages require signatures at delivery. You should inform your customers about the signature requirement in your shipping policy. If an order is returned to us due to the customer’s reasons, we will refund the order total in STORE CREDIT ( refund excludes the original shipping and a 15% or $25 USD restocking fee). We advise that you impose a restocking fee in place to prevent customers from purposely refusing the package due to change of mind.
If the package seems empty or broken upon delivery, refuse the delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen/missing in transit due to that we are not the shipping company. However, we will do our best to open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the customer refuses a perfectly fine package due to change of mind, we will refund you the order total to your account (in store credit form) minus the original postage and a 15% or $25 restocking fee(whichever is greater) handling fees for the costs that shipping company charges us for returning the product. We advise that you also charge a restocking fee from your customer who changed his/her mind to recoup some of your losses from handling. If your customer wants to return a product, please follow our proper Return Policy.
Orders received after Friday at 2 pm EST will be processed first thing on Monday.

We may ask dropshipping clients to present a government-issued ID upon signing up for any membership. This is to eliminate risks that we take on associated with dropshipping.
We may ask for ID once upon joining the program. We may ask for ID at anytime if
(1) The order amount exceeds desginated large amount
(2) We detect any suspicious activity in your account
We check ID to make sure that your account is safe and no one has illegally gotten access to your account. This is to protect our clients and our business from fraud.
Filing a dispute with your bank after using and receiving a perfect product is considered an abuse of our store. Approved clients with such malicious intent will be banned from the store permanently and will not be issued a refund.
We do not refund to claims of “item not delivered” or “item not as described”. All of our product photos are taken of our real products in its original state without altering. We do not refund or exchange any product if the package is not returned to us in its original state. Please see Return Policy.
Can I Change My Order/Address/information?
We cannot change address or delivery information after the order is shipped out.
If you detect a wrong address in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you resolve the issue. However, due to our 24/7 processing time and high volumes of order, we are not able to change the shipment address once the items have been sent out to our partnered shipping agency.
Orders can ONLY be cancelled within 2 hours after placing the order.
There may be customs delay and duties tax charged by UK, CANADA customers. This delay/fee is unknown to us and should be the customers’ responsibility to clear the customs for the package. Any customer refusing to clear customs will result in the parcel returning to us. A store credit refund will be issued and a restocking fee of 15%- or $25USD will be deducted from the refund.
Branded Hair Extensions and Our Drop Ship & Wholesale Program are not responsible for delayed shipments due to uncontrollable reasons such as holidays, natural disasters, etc.
We are not responsible for missing packages or lost items if it’s caused by customer giving us the wrong address.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any virtual addresses. If there isn’t an adult at the time of the delivery, the package cannot deliver.
